    Welcome to JFM Eletronics. This page explains how our purchasing, shipping, exchange, return and refund processes work. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

    1) Shipping & Delivery

    1.1 Processing time. Orders are processed (picking & packing) within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

    1.2 Delivery time. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Average delivery time is 7 business days, and may vary depending on your country, item availability, and the carrier.

    1.3 Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. Free shipping applies to orders over $50.

    1.4 Tracking. Once your order ships, a tracking code is sent to your email or WhatsApp.

    1.5 Import duties & taxes. For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

    1.6 Incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping may require a new shipping fee or a partial refund, depending on the case.

    1.7 Delays. Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs inspections, weather or events beyond our control. If there's a delay, our team will keep you informed through our support channels.

    2) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

    2.1 How to request. To request a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email with: your order number, full name, the reason for your request, and photos/video when the product is defective or damaged.

    2.2 Request window. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

    2.3 Product condition. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories, and with tags/seals intact where applicable. We reserve the right to decline a request in cases of misuse, or missing items or accessories.

    2.4 Defective or damaged products. If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us right away. We will assess the case based on your photos/video and guide you through the replacement or refund process.

    2.5 Refunds. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 1 business day (your bank may take additional days to reflect it).

    3) Privacy & Data Protection

    We collect only the personal data needed to process your order (name, contact and shipping information). We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via our contact channels.

    4) Terms of Use

    All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Product images are for illustration purposes; colors and details may vary slightly. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, payment issues, or fraud suspicion, with a full refund.
